Amazing started using them a couple of days before my holiday. We only had 4 full days in turkey. As someone that tans anyway but struggles with my legs I can confidently say these work!! As a ginger with very fair skin and freckles. I have tried many different nasal and tanning products in the past, which left me feeling ill and I got no results. I used the extreme spray and within a week I was seeing results. My spray lasted me a month and I have purchased another. This nasal does not make me feel ill at all which is amazing. Definitely recommend!
